For Business Owners
You built the trust. We help you build the scale. If you own a laboratory, inspection firm or certification body, a conversation with us is confidential, unhurried and free of obligation.
The questions we hear most
Owners of accredited businesses usually reach us at one of a few moments: growth requires capital they would rather not fund alone; the next generation of leadership needs a structure to grow into; or personal timing makes succession a live question.
In each case the underlying concern is the same. What happens to the team, the accreditations and the clients afterwards?

- 03
A structure designed around you
If there is a fit, we propose a transaction and transition structure built around your timing, your team and your continuing role, if any.

What owners usually ask
Will you change the company name?
No. Local brands carry the trust that clients and regulators rely on. Our model is explicitly federated.
What happens to my team?
They stay. Retaining technical staff, approved signatories and management is central to the value of the business, and we invest in their development.
Do I have to leave?
That is your decision. Some founders exit fully over a transition period; others stay in a leadership or advisory role, and some reinvest alongside us.
Is this confidential?
Entirely. Conversations are confidential from first contact, and we work under a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any detailed review.
What size of business are you interested in?
We are interested in established, accredited providers with a genuine technical position, and we assess each business on its own merits rather than a fixed revenue threshold.
What if I am simply exploring?
That is entirely normal, and welcome. Many of our conversations begin years before anything happens, and some never lead to a transaction at all.
